These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "Subscriber") and MUFAD (Proprietor: MD MURSALIM, Katihar, Bihar, India).

By accessing mufad.in, downloading the MUFAD Android Application, subscribing to our CRM software, or purchasing webinar/course enrollments, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to enter into this agreement.

• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information (name, valid mobile number, and email).

• You are solely responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your account password and session tokens, and for all activities conducted under your credentials.

• License Grant: MUFAD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our CRM software for lawful business lead management.

• User-Generated Content & Lead Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the information collected via your forms. You must ensure you have valid legal consent from your leads before initiating phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails.

• Fair Usage: Excessive bot automated scraping, unauthorized reverse engineering, penetration testing, or attempting to compromise server security is strictly prohibited.

• Registration & Seat Allocation: Webinar and course enrollment is subject to payment verification and room capacity.

• Delivery of Access Credentials: Valid meeting links (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet) are issued upon successful payment verification to your registered email and WhatsApp number.

• Non-Transferability: Webinar access links are personal to the registrant and cannot be shared, re-sold, or distributed publicly.

• Recording & Intellectual Property: All course materials, presentations, frameworks, and video sessions are the exclusive intellectual property of MUFAD and MD MURSALIM. Unauthorized recording, rebroadcasting, or distribution is prohibited.

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Pricing for CRM subscriptions and webinars is displayed transparently on our website and checkout pages prior to payment confirmation.

• Payments are processed securely via authorized Indian payment gateways. By submitting your payment, you authorize the payment aggregator to charge the designated amount.

• Access to paid services is activated only upon confirmed receipt of funds by our server-side verification systems.

You agree not to use MUFAD's platform or CRM forms for:

• Promoting illegal schemes, fraudulent multi-level marketing, unauthorized financial advisory, phishing, or malware distribution.

• Sending unsolicited bulk spam in violation of Indian telecom regulations (TRAI DND guidelines).

• Uploading obscene, defamatory, harassing, or hate speech content.

• Interfering with server uptime, overloading API infrastructure, or bypassing security controls.

• MUFAD reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in payment chargeback fraud, or generate abusive spam leads.

• Users may terminate their account at any time via the profile settings or by contacting customer support.

• The software and learning materials are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime.

• Under no circumstances shall MUFAD or MD MURSALIM be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential business damages (including lost profits or business disruption).

• Our aggregate liability for any direct claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to MUFAD in the preceding three (3) months.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Katihar, Bihar, India.
